I apologize for the lack of article updates recently. I have had a few personal issues come up. One is my Grandmother passing away: link. The other is my mother just had surgery to remove her gallbladder and a mass from her liver. Won't know for a few days if it is cancerous or not, but hoping for the best.

I was working on a Zendesk article about writing an app that would show a customer's current time and determine if it was a good time for an agent to call them. Going through the articles that Zendesk has already published, I don't think I could expand on it. I might revise it and publish one on how to gather data sources that would be needed for such a project.
